Window-seat hog, cloud watcher, and elephant enthusiast still trying to understand what it means to be of this world.
Currently now finishing my Master of Science in Public Health. In a past life, I was an HIV/AIDS outreach coordinator in Peace Corps Volunteer South Africa and healthcare consultant. I’m deeply passionate about universal healthcare equity & access, mental health, dismantling systems of oppression, and abolishing current systems of global health practice, policing, and prisons.
A formerly classically trained pianist and budding creative, I’m also interested in the many intersections of photography, music, podcasts and other forms of expression to the world around us and the human experience.
Often times we feel that every single person around us has their life, direction, and their selves formed and figured out. I find that the reality is, we are all really just figuring it out as we go.
I hope you’ll join me along for the ride.
